Claims Supervisor
Manages daily operations and leads a team of adjusters to evaluate, process, and settle insurance or financial claims fairly, accurately, and within set turnaround times
Responsibilities:
Primarily process all claims particularly motor car.
Conducts ocular inspection of the damages of the insured vehicle.
Makes necessary adjustments to the claims according to the damages and makes the necessary recommendation for the claims of the clients.
Coordinates with the authorized motor shops for costs of repairs and parts.
Participates in all proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably professionals from Non-Life Insurance Industry.
Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
